U. S. SHIPPING TIMES

1-Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PDT will be processed and shipped within one day. (With the exception of holidays)

2- Orders placed on any Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the next business day. 

3- Orders placed from Monday-Friday after 12 PM PDT, will be processed the following business day and ship the business day after that. 

No matter what day you order, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation, and you will also receive in a separate email the carrier and tracking number for your items.

IMPORTANT:

We can only ship Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal Holidays. Additionally, we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O.boxes.

U. S. RETURNS

BOBERCK RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is to have a long term relationship with our clients, so nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return the unworn product, with all the original packaging and tags, within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping cost


A- Refund will be returned through the original form of payment,
B- All products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, beyond that no returns will be accepted.
C- The products must be returned unworn, not altered, and with all the tags and original packaging.


HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Complete the return section that came with the original packaging. Fill-in all the information on the return form. Be sure to write your order number, name,  address, phone number, reason for return (just to know you better for next time) and return to the listed address.

We have included prepaid United Postal Service (USPS). Re-package your order in its original box and carton, place your completed return form inside the box and affix return shipping label to the outside of your package.

Please retain the record of your return tracking number for reference. Do not forget that each individual package must have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes . We cannot accept Collect on Delivery (COD) packages.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS ?
For all returns, please use any US Post Office or give the package to your
United States Postal Service (USPS) carrier. 

CAN I RETURN IN A DROP BOX ?
No, you must take your package to a US Post Office or USPS authorized shipping center for return. If you have any doubts please contact us by e-mail: custservice@boberck.com or call us at (206) 357-8485.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER FOR RETURN?
We are not responsible for the item until we officially receive it. Our team will inspect the product(s) sent back for refund to determine return policy compliance. We reserve the right to reject returns which are not in compliance with the return policy. If you decided to use other means of shipping, you are responsible for the costs of these carriers. Return fees are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE ?
We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges. If you want another color, size, or style, just visit our website at Boberck.com to place a new order with the product(s) you desire, subject to availability.

Note: if you are ordering the same model and style and there is a price difference compared to your previous order, simply contact us right away after you place the second order and we will respect the price. Please provide the new order number by e-mail: custservice@boberck.com or call us at (206) 357-8485. This is only possible with a new purchase made within 30 days from the previous purchase.


HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When we received your product(s) at our office, an email will be sent to you confirming that your return has been accepted and the refund is in process. Depending on the credit card company or your billing cycle, it may take up 30 days to appear on your original credit card balance.
