HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
A- Shop the Women's or Men's Collections (or both!) or use the search box to locate a specific product. 
B- Once you select a product(s), choose the size, color, (if applicable) and quantity, then click 'Add to Bag'.
C- Please review your order prior to purchasing. If you need to remove a product from your bag, simply click 'Remove' and your bag will automatically update. 
D- Once you are ready to make the purchase, just click 'Checkout' and your Boberck garment will soon be on its way to you! 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT BOBERCK RECEIVED MY ORDER?
As soon as we get your order , we immediately send you an email confirming your order. Please note that this email does not guarantee the availability of that particular product.

IS MY PURCHASE GUARANTEED?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but products are not always guaranteed to be in stock. If we can not complete your order, you will receive an email within 6 business days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel or modify as we are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. 

WHY CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELLED BY BOBERCK?
We work hard to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. Also, due to the high demand for Boberck garments, we won't always have every product in stock. Either way, you will receive an email with the exact reason for the cancellation of your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER NUMBER ?
Yes, just click 'Check Order', fill-in the necessary information: Order Number, Last Name, and Zip Code. This will provide you with the estimated arrival date of your order. You can check your order even if you are not registered.

HOW LONG ARE SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES FOR MY ORDER?
1-Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PDT will be processed within 24 hours. (With the exception of holidays)
2- Orders placed on any holiday will be processed the next business day.
3- Orders placed from Friday-Sunday after 12 PM PDT will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive an email with your order confirmation , and will receive another email with your tracking number for your order.

IMPORTANT:
Shipping will be Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays Also, unfortunately, we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

CAN BOBERCK GIFT WRAP MY PRODUCT?
Yes! When shown the Gift Wrap option on the checkout page, select which of the 5 options you would like.

HOW DO I KNOW YOUR SIZES AND COLORS ?
Our sizes in both the Women's and Men's Collections will show you, when you click the Sizing Button you will be linked to our sizing chart. If available, select 'Color' and the different options will be provided.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Boberck charges tax on purchase , shipped anywhere within the US.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?
Absolutely! Just apply it when prompted during the checkout process.  As soon as you add the code, your total will automatically be adjusted.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE CREDIT CARD FOR THE SOME PURCHASE?
We are unable to accept more than one method of payment for one order.

CAN I BUY INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do ship overseas through our courier partners, as FEDEX, UPS, etc.

DOES BOBERCK OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?  
We happily offers price adjustments on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of original purchase.

  • Only 1 price adjustment available per item.
  • To get a price adjustment on an online purchase, please send an email to custservice@boberck.com.  Be sure to include your order number, and the item(s) that are eligible for the price adjustment, and we will take care of the credit.
  • Products bought with a promotional discount or coupon aren't eligible for price adjustment.
  • No price adjustments allowed on Clearance or Sale items.
